This program guides you into rethinking behaviors and habits associated with self-sabotage or addiction and planting new seeds to allow a new way of looking at things to emerge and turning unhealthy behaviours into healthy ones.

Journey into Wellness believes that you can permanently overcome self-sabotage and addiction through choice, personal responsibility and self-control without years of on-going support programs. You will be given tools to understand how to control and stop sabotaging. You will apply the lessons learned and formulate a detailed plan for the future, through a self-discovery process.

Journey Into Wellness’s goal is to give you the tools to gain a new perspective on life by finding a new outlook on happiness, joy and fulfillment. Journey Into Wellness offers a private location for someone who loves both nature and serenity and wanting to attend a 4, 6, 8 or 10 week 9-3 learning schedule.

Physical Quadrant

These classes contain self-evaluation and self-awareness on the physical level. You will also learn how your physical body responds to emotions and how to support it. This quadrant is empowering because you will realize that you can replace old, counterproductive habits with new, positive ones.

Mental Quadrant

You will walk through an extensive process of identifying thought patterns, behavior patterns, coping strategies, and other potential problematic thoughts and behaviors. You become highly aware of how you make choices and behave in ways that may be harmful to you and your loved ones.

Emotional Quadrant

This quadrant teaches emotional release techniques and allows you to finally forgive yourself, forgive others, and move past the habits that no longer serve you. This portion contains the newest advancements in techniques that are being used for PTSD, trauma etc.

Spiritual Quadrant

This quadrant will include every facet of your life, such as career, family, social life, material goals, spiritual goals, etc. Throughout this quadrant you will be given opportunities where you may clearly see your responsibility for change and positive life transformation.
